I would like to share a few comments regarding the service call made to my home by your company today.

I called the B & G Electrical office just after 7:30 this morning (Monday). The phone was answered by a very pleasant lady who efficiently answered all my questions, offered complete info about your rates, payment methods, etc and told me I would be contacted by a technician shortly.

In less than an hour I heard from Michael who said he was on his way arriving in under a half hour. Michael was knowledgeable and efficient while being very pleasant about me tagging along asking all kinds of questions trying to pick-up some diy tips. The problem I called about was quickly resolved and my wife was thrilled that I was later able to complete another project thanks to Michael’s suggestions.

Anyway I am thrilled with the speed and efficiency shown by your company and will not hesitate to call B & G at future need or refer you to friends, neighbors or family.

We are very pleased with Dustin’s work today! He was very thorough, very friendly and took time to explain a lot! I wished we had called B & G Electrical first! We know who to call now! Thanks! Service was top notch! AAA++++

Great service! Called for the first time, had an electrical circuit out. Technician showed up on time, as promised. Did an extremely thorough job of troubleshooting the problem, and tracking down an additional problem as well. Provided good explanation of the problem, very professional and friendly. Just had the GREATEST experience with a contractor in my life!
My electrician, Renato, was not only prompt and courteous, but honest and personable. I had purchased the 2-hour $79 electrical service coupon and he repaired my problem, which was a wiring problem in my attic in less than an hour!

I have recommended this company, and Renato especially to both my daughters who have also taken advantage of the Groupon deal and let them know how pleased I am with B&G Electrical!!!

I just bought a home a few months ago and had to have some Electric Work updated in this out dated home. They were excellent and I did want to say this. Anytime you call a company to do a job for you, its very robotic. You call, set a date, they come and do the job and then you pay then thanks and goodbye. LOL! Not this company, I am a new homeowner and you know I had hundreds of questions! Every time I called, they were friendly and caring. Their customer service is Awesome, I rate them 5 stars!!! I have been in the customer service field for many years now, and I know customer service! I will call them for any future work needed! Thanks Guys

Within 2 minutes of me requesting assistance through Service Magic, this company contacted me. After a brief explanation of my situation (plugs and overhead light not functional), the said that a licensed electrician would contact me. The electrician contacted me within the hour and was at my home shortly after that. He was courteous and friendly. He troubleshot the situation and in the end replaced a light switch and a breaker switch in my panel both of this had gone bad (they were both over 20 years old) . He had all the required parts on his truck. Efficient and affordable.

I needed a breaker replaced which controlled two lights in my attic. I also had an outlet installed for various equipment. It was a joy to do business with the electrician. He was very sincere and efficient with the job set forth. After reviewing my electrical box, he offered his advice on a particular breaker I was using and how that type much quicker than a standard breaker. With this knowledge, I am now able to have lights in my attic without much fuss. Thank you B&G for your heal. I may be needing more work done once our garage is built. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact B&G again for this future job.

I had an AC installed by B&G Heating and Air and when they were finished, I needed a new breaker changed out. Since they are a sister-company to B&G Electrical, they were able to get the electrician out there while they were finishing up and everything was finished that day! The electrician was friendly and fast. Great service.

Last night I called the Emergency Service number because the circuit for my outside lights was not working. I received a callback shortly after my initial call, which was great. The gentleman I spoke with was able to help me troubleshoot the issue over the phone. I replaced the GFCI switch myself and the issue was resolved. I really appreciate the time taken to assist me because it gave me the confidence I needed. In addition, I received a call the next morning to see if I still needed help. The service was exceptional!

Very pleased with the Tech that showed up. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Got us up and running quickly. Thank you very much. Needless to say I will let my property management know of your company’s services for the rest of the office park to use you if they need.
