Last night I called the Emergency Service number because the circuit for my outside lights was not working. I received a callback shortly after my initial call, which was great. The gentleman I spoke with was able to help me troubleshoot the issue over the phone. I replaced the GFCI switch myself and the issue was resolved. I really appreciate the time taken to assist me because it gave me the confidence I needed. In addition, I received a call the next morning to see if I still needed help. The service was exceptional!
