I would like to share a few comments regarding the service call made to my home by your company today.
I called the B & G Electrical office just after 7:30 this morning (Monday). The phone was answered by a very pleasant lady who efficiently answered all my questions, offered complete info about your rates, payment methods, etc and told me I would be contacted by a technician shortly.
In less than an hour I heard from Michael who said he was on his way arriving in under a half hour. Michael was knowledgeable and efficient while being very pleasant about me tagging along asking all kinds of questions trying to pick-up some diy tips. The problem I called about was quickly resolved and my wife was thrilled that I was later able to complete another project thanks to Michael’s suggestions.
Anyway I am thrilled with the speed and efficiency shown by your company and will not hesitate to call B & G at future need or refer you to friends, neighbors or family.
